That’s why we proudly offer the industry’s first 14-Day Nail Warranty. If you experience any defects caused by our workmanship within 14 days, we’ll repair them – completely free of charge.
And we don’t stop there. If you leave the salon and your nails feel bumpy, unfinished, or anything less than flawless, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

If any of these issues occur within 14 days due to our workmanship, we’ll fix them free:

- Peeling

Services Covered:
- Dip Powder
- Gel Polish on Natural Nails
- Gel X
- Gel Builder
- Acrylic Nails
Not Covered:
- Regular polish (on natural or artificial nails)
Fair & Simple Terms
- Repairs must be completed by your original technician, and an appointment is required.
- Warranty is void if damage is caused by the client (e.g., chemicals, biting, misuse).
- No refunds – coverage applies only to repairs or reapplications for workmanship defects.
- Changes to color, length, or shape are not included.
- Issues with uneven finish, rough edges, or incomplete shaping must be reported within 2 days of service date.
- Coverage begins the day your service is completed.
