Appointment Policy

Except in cases of unforeseeable natural events, any no-show, last-minute cancellation, modification, or same-day rescheduling will be subject to a 50% service charge for the scheduled appointment if we are unable to fill the time slot.

This policy also applies to:

  • Late arrivals that result in the appointment being canceled.
  • Members of your party who do not attend their scheduled service.
  • Partial service changes made at check-in (for example, booking a manicure and pedicure but receiving only the manicure, or booking three pedicures but arriving with two guests).

If you are unable to take responsibility for the attendance of others in your party, please refrain from booking on their behalf.

We kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible for any appointment changes. Our technicians are commission-based, not hourly, and last-minute cancellations or adjustments directly affect their income as well as our business operations. Such changes also limit opportunities for other clients who are waiting for available appointments.
